Product & Service Descriptions
Whilst we take every possible care to ensure that product and service descriptions on our website are correct, specifications are intended to give a general description and there may be slight variations in finish and colour due to either the hand-made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer software. Photographs will often feature a suggested environment and/or props to enhance the images. Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted are for individual arrangements only. We do not guarantee that all products will be visually identical to those in the product images. No two items are exactly the same and some may be subject to slight deviation in colour and arrangement of stems/leaves etc. Wherever possible the same materials will be used as that featured in the photograph. If for any reason these are unavailable at time of purchase a suitable alternative will be used.
When we make a bespoke item or an adjusted item from the version seen online, we will offer a design brief via email to ensure your designer has a full understanding of your requirements. A picture of the arrangement will be sent prior to dispatch for the client to approve.
Prices stated for bespoke orders are done so as a guide only and are subject to change in accordance to your design brief.
As this is a bespoke piece we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as seen in the approved photograph. We are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless we are notified in writing, or via email to; email@example.com within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Contract of payment for good for sale on this website:
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us when we send to you an email confirming your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
We do not accept cancellation of any orders. However please do get in contact via email: firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems.
Processing Time and Delivery
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch may vary. Most products are pre-made by us and stocked accordingly in the shop so please check individual items. We aim to send all orders within 10 days, subject to stock availability & processing times. We will always do our best to meet the above delivery estimate, but can not guarantee them.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you’ll be over the moon with your purchase. If on receipt of your order you decide that you would like to return the item(s), you are welcome to do so. Please inform us via; email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods of this intention and your reasons for doing so and we shall assist you with the returns process.
As per the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, items should be received by Farrer Fleurs within 14 days of the returns notification.
We advise you obtain proof of posting when making your return. We do not hold any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item(s) in their original condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not refund delivery or return postage and packaging costs in this instance.
We will send you a refund for the full price of the goods and the goods only. We will not refund delivery charges. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we receive your returned goods.
Once you have accepted delivery of your goods they are held at your own risk and we are not liable for their loss, damage or destruction, or any loss, damage or destruction caused by you owning them.
